This Tiny Engine Growls like a Beast (assembly & test run)
Hey guys, today I'm assembling & running a miniature (17.5 cc) OHV engine. With adjustable timing, a proper cooling system, lubrication system and multi ring pistons, this tiny engine is as close as it gets to the real thing.

I do model engineering at home, when time and funds allow of course. I could probably machine this thing at home over a three months period. a bit of CNC involved to get the carnk and the valve shaft right. Not easy, but fun.
it looks the same as a Volvo B16 engine, only the sleeves are not present.
This motor is much better than the most real engines from Mercedes , Kia , Honda ....it has cylinder liners made of steel !! And the liners are removeable !

After rebuilding a Toyota Supra 2JZ GTE many moons ago the principles are exactly the same, power outputs probably differed with the JZ's 600hp 😁 great video
